Oils La Muralla S.L. may occasionally modify the articles of its general conditions, so it is advisable that these be read each time you visit the online store www.aceiteslamuralla.com. However, any change or modification of an item will be previously notified to the affected customer, so that they have the final say on whether or not to purchase a certain product.
These modifications are attributable from their publication on the Internet and cannot be applied to contracts concluded previously. Each purchase in the online store is governed by the general conditions applicable on the date of the order. We consider that once you have placed an order, you have unreservedly accepted our general conditions of sale after having read them. By accessing the Website, you agree to respect the General Conditions as well as the Conditions of Use that appear therein.

You should keep in mind that we are not responsible for any problems related to the distribution, prices and delivery of products carried out with any of our official distributors.
Prices
The sales prices indicated on the Website are shown in euros (VAT is included in these prices), but not shipping costs. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the User and will be added to the total amount of the selected products once the order has been placed, depending on the quantity and weight. Aceites La Muralla reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, Aceites La Muralla undertakes to apply the current rates indicated on the Website at the time of placing the order.
How to buy online
To purchase the products and services present on this website, please follow the following steps:
- Add the product to the cart, which is identified with a real photograph, description and sale price (VAT included).
- Access the purchase form, where you can indicate shipping/contact and payment details.
- Finish the order and if everything went well, you will receive a confirmation message in your email with the order information in the email provided. If you do not receive it within a maximum period of 24 hours, please contact us (check your Spam mailbox first).
All order data is automatically archived securely on our online sales platform, and is accessible by the user through the My Account section using their username and password. However, if you detect any error when entering the data, you must contact us as soon as possible via the email or telephone number provided in the notification, before we proceed to ship the product, providing the order number and any data required to its verification.
Once your order has been delivered, we will send you the simplified invoice by email or, if you wish, the official invoice, for which you must provide us with the necessary tax information: CIF/NIF, tax name and billing address.

Shipping and delivery times
Shipping costs are detailed in the shopping cart according to the available destinations. The shipment is made through a transport agency, which picks up the product at our oil mill and takes it directly to the consumer's home or a delivery point. Delivery times will depend on the destination, but an approximate delivery time will be indicated before confirming the order. If you need to know exactly where your order is once you have placed the order, ask us by email, phone or Whatsapp.
Returns and exchanges
If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 days to return it without any return costs. To do this you must contact us directly through the information provided in the order. We will subsequently collect the product and once we have received and checked its contents, we will proceed to refund the purchase amount within a maximum period of 30 days, provided that the product is the original and is in perfect condition. For returns outside of Spain, please consult conditions.
Right of termination
Any fraudulent use of this website will give the right to not process the order, and may require compensation for any damages caused. The seller also reserves the right not to process the order when the payment transaction has been denied for any reason, which the user will be notified of as soon as possible.
