Oliva is defined as a highly prestigious Extra Virgin Olive Oil, a green olive juice produced from the best fruit harvested at our family olive groves, located in a privileged enclave: the Subbética Nature Park.
We are committed to the new BAG IN BOX format under the iOliva brand, due to the important role it plays in preserving the properties of our premium extra virgin olive oil.
The BAG IN BOX format is undoubtedly the future of EVOO packaging, a modern, recyclable, resistant container, extremely convenient for both use and transportation (due to its built-in handle), very compact and easy to store. It is also an economic container, so it will enable you to enjoy our special selection family farm produced EVOO in a more economical manner!
Moreover, with a focus on the quality of this EVOO, we should highlight the fact that this system guarantees the extra virgin olive oil full protection from light and air, as it is vacuum packed. This container ensures maximum conservation, as it is the only model designed to ensure that the oil never comes into contact with oxygen again.
In addition, thanks to its special oil tap, the container is kept clean during use, enabling the dosage to be controlled at all times.

HOJIBLANCA VARIETY
Its aroma will remind you of walking into an orchard, with notes of green tomato and avocado. Its grassy fragrance will remind you of an early morning walk through a farm surrounded by fresh grass, of nature, of mountains, thanks to its flowery, Mediterranean notes.
EARLY HARVEST
Formerly known as “first pressing” or “first press”, obtained from the first olives harvested in the month of October. A fresh extra virgin olive oil.

Hand-picked on high slopes from centennial and bicentennial olive trees
PROCESS
An EVOO obtained on the first day of the harvest, from the first bright green olives. The olives are cold extracted (at 22 degrees) throughout the grinding process in order to preserve all their aromas and healthy properties (polyphenols) and are kept at a controlled temperature in our cellar until they are sold.
AROMA AND FLAVOUR
Due to its intense flavour and health values, this oil is ideal for using raw (toast, salads, tartare, carpaccio, sauces, dressing for fish, meat and vegetable dishes...). An EVOO with a flavour to remember.
